About the internship

This internship is for an energetic and proactive Sales Intern who will help promote FinGrad’s financial education offerings, including courses, webinars, and learning resources. The role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, developing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

What you will do

• Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Present FinGrad’s courses, webinars, and educational programs to interested prospects.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Address questions and objections in a professional way to support conversions.
• Record and keep customer details updated in CRM tools.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and opportunities across the sales process.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customers have a smooth experience.
• Assist with sales campaigns and help the team work toward business goals.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are available to start between 1st Jul'26 and 5th Aug'26, can commit for 3 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the field.

Other requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence in engaging with a wide range of people.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic familiarity with sales workflows and customer engagement.
• Ability to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Through FinGrad, an initiative by Trade Brains, learners can access online courses, webinars, and resources curated by experienced experts to support end-to-end financial education for new investors and traders.

Compensation and terms

The stipend for this internship is INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month. The deadline to apply is 2026-07-31 23:59:59. The internship is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with work from the office at HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
