Role overview
Orbit Verify is hiring a Verification Specialist for its employee background verification and background check operations in Delhi. This position is based at the Tilak Nagar office in New Delhi, which is a short walk from the metro station.
Compensation and work setup
The offered package is CTC 4.2 LPA. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. The weekly schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the regular weekly off.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out employment verification activity through calls, emails, and third-party verification platforms.
- Coordinate with HR teams, reporting managers, and organizations to confirm employment details such as tenure, designation, salary, and exit reason.
- Examine submitted records including offer letters, relieving letters, and payslips for accuracy and authenticity.
- Record verification results in internal tools and systems with speed and accuracy.
- Flag mismatches, warning signs, and non-responsive cases in line with standard operating procedures.
- Keep turnaround time and quality targets on track.
- Assist with audit-related tasks and help improve verification processes.
Experience and fit
