US IT Recruiter

Role Overview

Sage IT Inc. is hiring a full-time US IT Recruiter for its Bengaluru office. This position focuses on W2 and full-time US IT staffing within the USA IT recruitment space. The role is based at Bhive Coworking Space, Koramangala, Bengaluru, and requires 3 to 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
• Identify and engage candidates who are eligible to work on W2.
• Work on requirements received from direct clients and implementation-based openings.
• Source talent through platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal talent databases.
• Assess candidates for technical capability, communication skills, W2 eligibility, and overall suitability for the role.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Arrange and manage interview coordination between candidates and clients.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation, including W2 hourly pay, salary-based roles, and contract assignments.
• Keep a ready pool of qualified candidates for repeat and future openings.

Experience Required

The position calls for 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.

This is an on-site role in Bengaluru, India, at Bhive Coworking Space, Koramangala.
