The company is involved in sourcing, distributing, and supplying quality solar and renewable energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout India.
Role Overview
This Telecaller position is focused on generating interest in solar solutions, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales cycle through to closure. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and coordination with internal teams to move prospects forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present solar offerings, explain key advantages, and create qualified sales opportunities.
- Spot interested prospects and arrange site visits and technical surveys in coordination with the engineering team.
- Keep in touch with leads, handle concerns or objections, and work toward converting prospects into customers.
- Oversee the sales journey from initial lead generation to final deal closure.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Other Requirements
- Previous exposure to, or a basic understanding of, the solar energy industry is preferred.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is INR 3,60,000 to INR 6,00,000.
