What the Job Involves

Store crew members handle everyday store operations such as cash management, fuel-related transactions, cleaning, shelving and replenishing stock. In some foodservice-focused roles, you may also be responsible for preparing food and following food safety standards. The role also includes regular interaction with customers and working closely with the store team in a fast-paced setting.

What You Need to Bring

• A customer-first mindset and the ability to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
• A commitment to keeping the store clean, safe, and ready for customers.
• Capability to prepare and present food properly, including beverages such as coffee.
• Confidence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty rewards program.
• Ability to work in line with health-code standards.
• Comfort with multitasking, repeated bending, standing, and reaching, plus occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Retail, cashier, customer service, or foodservice experience is helpful, but not required.

Pay and Application Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 to $24.12. Compensation, bonuses, incentives, and benefits may vary and remain subject to company policies and legal requirements. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and there is no fixed closing date.
