The role is centered on protecting the reliability, ease of use, and performance of digital products for a worldwide customer audience. You will validate functionality across multiple features and release cycles, partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure that requirements are fully covered. The job is hands-on and includes test planning, execution, and defect handling in fast-moving delivery environments. You will help raise product quality by spotting risks early, reviewing outcomes, and following issues through to closure. Key accountabilities
- Create, refine, and run test plans and test cases for product features and releases.
- Support testing efforts across assigned projects and release cycles.
- Log, monitor, and follow defects, risks, and other issues until they are resolved.
- Evaluate test outcomes and share clear, practical feedback with development and business teams.
- Inspect requirements and technical designs to uncover gaps, inconsistencies, and testing implications.
- Work with cross-functional partners to keep business expectations aligned with test coverage.
- Manage daily testing priorities and help keep delivery timelines on track.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and help improve QA processes over time.
- Suggest ways to strengthen testing methods, tools, and quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of test work, results, and reporting needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of testing approaches, the SDLC, and QA best practices.
- Proven ability to create and execute manual test cases independently.
- Comfort reading and interpreting HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of SQL for validating data and confirming test results.
- Prior experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical ability, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work on your own in a high-paced setting.
- Exposure to automated testing tools is considered an advantage.
