Key responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and post engaging content for social media platforms.
• Handle day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
• Work closely with design, content, and production teams to deliver campaigns.
• Keep track of social media trends, feature updates, and algorithm changes.
• Review content performance and turn findings into practical improvement ideas.
• Ideate and run creative campaigns, engagement activities, and brand interactions.
• Assist with shoot planning and content coordination whenever needed.

What the role requires

• 0 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form video content.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• A creative approach with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines reliably.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to paid advertising is helpful, though not mandatory.
