Role Overview

Kitchen Park is looking for a detail-driven, proactive Site Engineer to support project delivery across the UAE. This position is site-based and is central to making sure construction and fit-out work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with technical, quality, and operational expectations. You will work with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to help deliver Kitchen Park facilities from site readiness through final handover.

The selected candidate will begin by supporting projects in Abu Dhabi for around six months, helping deliver several new sites. After that, the role will shift to managing projects in Dubai and other Emirates.

Key Duties

• Assist with project stages from design sign-off through construction, commissioning, and handover to the operations team.
• Liaise with local authorities and help coordinate inspections and statutory approvals.
• Keep sites organized, safe, and clean while ensuring materials are properly arranged.
• Estimate material and tool needs and help confirm that the right resources are available.
• Offer technical input and practical recommendations to improve project execution.
• Support diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment issues when required.
• Prepare work timelines and communicate any schedule changes to crew members and clients.
• Collect information, prepare reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Assign tasks and arrange meetings or training sessions where needed.
• Work with civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, and surveyors to ensure site readiness and suitability.
• Keep thorough records of all site engineering activities.
• Coordinate with management to ensure work supports broader business goals.

Candidate Profile

The role suits someone with strong coordination skills, solid documentation habits, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience in F&B-related spaces such as cloud kitchens, commercial kitchens, food production facilities, or similar operational settings is preferred.

Applicants should have hands-on exposure to site execution, contractor coordination, and fit-out work. Familiarity with local construction codes, safety requirements, and authority procedures in Qatar is considered an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or project delivery.
• Previous exposure to on-site execution and contractor management.
• Comfort working in fast-paced site environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in coordination, documentation, and communication.
• Knowledge of local construction codes, safety standards, and approval processes is beneficial.
• Own car and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Work Setup

This is an onsite role based in Dubai. The company works in a highly collaborative environment and expects office-based teams to work from the office five days a week. Close coordination is important because the business is frequently launching new products and improving internal processes.
