  • Contribute to process improvements and enhancements to the program management operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech development, with substantial exposure to late-stage or global programs.
  • Minimum 5 years leading complex, cross-functional program or project management in a matrixed setting.
  • Strong grasp of drug development processes, including NDA/MAA regulatory pathways and submission support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated development plans, timelines, budgets, and critical path analysis for complex initiatives.
  • Background in alliance or partnership-driven environments, ideally with collaboration involving Asia-based partners.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence diverse global stakeholders and align them around shared goals.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-management skills in cross-functional settings.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
