Role Overview

As a Resort Manager - Facility Management Services, you will be responsible for guest satisfaction, readiness of the property, and supervision of on-site teams such as housekeeping, cooks, butlers, security staff, and gardeners. The role involves managing daily operations, upkeep, stock control, SOP compliance, and coordination with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
