About the Company

POWERTECH is an excellence center focused on propulsion technologies. Its work spans the design, engineering, and production of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines used across aerospace, defense, and autonomous platforms, including fixed-wing and rotary-wing UAVs.

Role Summary

The Requisitioner will be accountable for raising, monitoring, and coordinating material and service requests that support day-to-day operations and project needs. The position plays a key part in making sure required items are available on time while following internal procurement rules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase requisitions for materials, equipment, and services based on operational and project requirements.
  • Liaise with end users, engineering, finance, maintenance, and warehouse teams to confirm needs, quantities, and specifications.
  • Verify that each requisition aligns with company policies, approval workflows, and budget limits.
  • Track PR progress with Procurement and Supply Chain teams, including lead times and expected delivery dates.
  • Keep complete and accurate records of requisitions, approvals, and all related documents.
  • Contribute to demand planning by compiling and forecasting material needs.
  • Help resolve issues involving quantities, technical specifications, or delivery timing.
  • Generate reports to support decisions, such as requisition status, turnaround time, and pending requests.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE, quality, and supply chain standards.

Qualifications & Experience

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant discipline is required, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in requisitioning, procurement, or supply chain functions. Candidates should also have hands-on exposure to SAP-based systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, and a solid understanding of procurement and supply chain workflows.
