Job overview
This position sits within the NRI Business function and is focused on strengthening customer relationships by offering tailored banking solutions to meet the needs of non-resident Indian customers. The role combines customer servicing, relationship expansion, and acquisition of new-to-bank non-resident clients, while also supporting broader branch banking objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Share information with customers about new offerings and product upgrades that can broaden the banking relationship.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customers can access related products without friction.
- Improve customer value by understanding individual needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Keep relationship records for assigned accounts current and accurate.
- Expand relationships across group or family accounts within the mapped customer base.
- Monitor complaints, service queries, and turnaround times to support customer satisfaction.
- Design and execute focused sales activities and events for potential as well as existing corporate customers.
- Support the Senior Relationship Manager - NRI in delivering a high-quality customer experience and building preferred banking relationships.
- Assess growth opportunities using competitor insights and feedback from customers and channel partners.
- Suggest process improvements that can raise service quality and efficiency across the branch network.
Education and experience
Candidates should hold a graduation degree in any discipline. The role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
