Role OverviewThis position is for a Relationship Manager focused on the Affordable Mortgage Loans business. The role centers on delivering excellent customer service, retaining clients over the long term, and building strong relationships that support business growth.Job PurposeProvide a high standard of client service, with emphasis on customer retention and lasting relationship management.Increase product sales and help bring in new customers to expand the business.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop sales opportunities for both personal targets and team goals by actively pursuing promising leads.Bring in new customers and strengthen the Affordable Mortgage portfolio with quality business.Monitor loan-book health closely and manage risk to maintain portfolio quality.Encourage the use of digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency and customer interaction.Guide, coach, and support team members so they can grow professionally and deliver business outcomes.Secondary ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong customer service standards and follow all regulatory and compliance requirements.Work closely with teams across other business areas to uncover and convert cross-selling opportunities.QualificationsA graduate degree is required.ExperienceApplicants should have 5 to 10 years of experience.
