Prompt Engineers / QE

About the Role

This position is for a Prompt Engineer / QE with around 5 years of professional experience. The role focuses on creating, refining, and validating AI prompts and reusable prompt templates across multiple business scenarios, including chatbots, content creation, coding assistants, and customer support tools.

What You'll Do

• Try different prompt formats, instruction styles, and workflow patterns to improve the accuracy, consistency, and speed of AI-generated responses.
• Review AI outputs to check whether they are correct, relevant, safe, unbiased, and aligned with business expectations.
• Create structured evaluation methods, benchmark checks, and quality metrics to assess AI performance.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and business teams to convert business needs into effective AI interactions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for prompt engineering standards, reusable prompt assets, and testing approaches.
• Keep monitoring AI solutions and make ongoing improvements to strengthen user experience and business results.

Requirements

The role calls for 5 years of experience in prompt engineering, quality evaluation, or a related AI-focused role. The candidate should be comfortable designing prompt strategies, assessing model responses, and contributing to quality assurance for AI systems. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are important, along with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical AI workflows.
