Product Manager (Cloudflare)

Role Overview

Manpower Singapore is hiring a Product Manager to lead product direction and delivery for solutions tied to Cloudflare, fintech, and cloud infrastructure. This position is based in Singapore and requires close coordination across business, engineering, and external partners to bring products from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product vision, define the strategy, and maintain a roadmap that supports business goals.
• Convert business needs into ranked backlogs, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Own the full product journey, from early ideation and build phase through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Partner with engineering teams on sprint planning, release schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Carry out customer research and use feedback to improve adoption and overall user experience.
• Support go-to-market work such as launches, onboarding flows, product documentation, and pricing decisions.
• Work with internal teams and outside partners to align priorities and ensure smooth delivery.
• Track product performance, user activity, and important metrics to guide continuous enhancements.
• Keep up to date with developments in fintech, cloud infrastructure, and relevant regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, cloud infrastructure, or financial services.
• A demonstrated history of launching products and scaling them in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams and turning business requirements into technical solutions.
• A data-oriented approach with solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good technical grasp of APIs, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
• Prior exposure to Cloudflare solutions is an advantage.
