Role Overview
CraveFX is hiring a careful and proactive Operations Executive to help keep daily business activities running efficiently. This role covers a broad mix of operational support, including IT assistance, purchasing, facilities upkeep, and vendor coordination. You will partner with teams across the business and with leadership to improve how work gets done and to maintain a well-organised, productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and exit processes, including paperwork, workflow improvements, and preparing workstations.
- Resolve basic issues with computers, hardware, and software to reduce disruptions to operations.
- Monitor operating costs, compare spending to budgets, and look for practical ways to reduce expenses.
- Compile and send invoices to the finance team every month.
- Coordinate procurement for software, hardware, and subscriptions, including license tracking and renewals, while ensuring cost effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Keep inventory logs accurate and arrange for the proper disposal of outdated or unused equipment.
- Support a safe, efficient, and functional workplace through office maintenance, renovation coordination, and network-related upkeep.
- Deal with electrical problems to help the business stay operational during power interruptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to secure better pricing and service levels.
- Manage operations-related special projects and make sure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist the HR Manager with work that matches your strengths, which may include database upkeep, recruitment coordination, HR reporting, and performance tracking.
- Provide support to Directors and Department Leads whenever additional help is needed.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Operations Management or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a generalist position is preferred.
- Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of IT troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
- Strong communication and people skills for collaboration across teams.
- Ability to handle several priorities at once and work well in a fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to procurement, vendor coordination, or budget monitoring will be considered an added advantage.
