Operation Theatre Manager

About the Role

This position is for an Operation Theatre Manager at Sarvodaya Hospital in Mathura. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day theatre operations, supporting surgical care, and ensuring that patient services meet hospital standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care in the operation theatre and make sure services are delivered to a high standard while following hospital procedures.
• Lead and coordinate OT nurses, technicians, and anesthetists so the team works smoothly and communicates effectively.
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinical staff to organize and carry out surgical procedures.
• Keep detailed records of patients, medicines given, and treatment results.
• Follow infection prevention practices and ensure the OT stays clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
