Mechanical CAD Design Engineer Faculty/Trainer

Overview

CADDESK Ravet is seeking knowledgeable Mechanical CAD Trainers to join their team in Pune for both part-time and full-time roles. The ideal candidates will instruct students and professionals on various mechanical design software and guide them in real-world design applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions covering mechanical design software to students and professionals.
• Use practical, industry-relevant examples to teach CAD and CAE software tools.
• Develop course content, assignments, and evaluation methods.
• Provide guidance on real-time design standards, workflows, and practices.
• Mentor trainees during project-based learning and hands-on sessions.
• Ensure training quality by monitoring student progress and managing batch coordination.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo or NX CAD, and knowledge of GD&T.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of ANSYS software.
• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to conduct lab sessions effectively and resolve trainee queries.

Additional Qualifications

• Understanding of plastic parts, fixtures, and fundamental manufacturing methods considered a plus.
• Domain expertise in mechanical CAD design advantageous.

Compensation and Location

Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 10,000 and INR 20,000. This position is based at CADDESK Ravet in Pune, Maharashtra.
