Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Carry out assembly work safely, both independently and as part of a team, in a physically demanding setting.
• Support timely delivery for internal and external customers by working alone or with others as needed.
• Measure out locations, drill, and install equipment according to layout requirements.
• Interpret and follow bills of materials, standard operating procedures, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Apply the correct torque to power connections with confidence and accuracy.

• Identify possible problems early and recommend sensible corrective or preventative steps.
• Share relevant skills and practical knowledge with coworkers when needed.
• Take ownership of productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
• Manage and operate Kanban stock as part of the workflow.
