Toast Marketing Services connects restaurants with a dedicated Marketing Specialist who develops strategy, executes weekly cross-channel campaigns, and reviews performance to improve marketing operations, save time, and grow first-party demand.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of 10 to 12 Marketing Success Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, weekly one-on-ones, quality reviews of campaign plans and copy, and building individual growth plans.
• Create consistent coaching and calibration routines to help the team perform at a high level and keep development moving forward.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer escalations and put in place quality checks and review processes that meet Toast Marketing Guidelines as well as legal and brand standards.
• Find smarter ways to work and improve how the team operates so it can scale effectively.
• Use regular reviews of customer accounts to identify growth opportunities tied to revenue, expansion, and operational efficiency.

What you need to succeed

• Bring at least 8 years of experience in customer success or marketing.
• Have at least 2 years of proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Be comfortable building scalable playbooks, service-level expectations, and quality systems, along with capacity and workload planning.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in speaking, writing, and day-to-day collaboration.
• Enjoy developing people in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Show strong technical comfort and enthusiasm for technology.
• Be highly organized with strong project management and multitasking ability.
• Think creatively, analyze effectively, and stay focused on execution.
• Be able to operate both at a strategic level and in hands-on daily work.
• Have hospitality experience as a plus.

Compensation and benefits

The role includes a base salary range that varies by geographic zone:

• Zone A: USD 115,000 to 184,000
• Zone B: USD 100,000 to 160,000
• Zone C: USD 90,000 to 144,000

In addition to base pay, total rewards may include bonus or commission eligibility, equity, and benefits. Toast also offers a broader benefits package designed to support health and flexibility.
