Compensation
The hourly pay range for this job is $14 to $27 per hour. The rate offered must at least meet the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium may apply when conditions are met.

What the Job Involves
Maintenance and janitorial associates help ensure a clean, safe store environment across all major areas, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area. The work supports the customer experience by helping the store look neat and operate safely.
