Janitorial Associate

Role overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you’ll help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping the store clean, organized, and safe. The work covers the entire property, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area, so customers and associates experience a well-maintained environment.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position is $15 to $28. Pay will always meet or exceed the minimum wage required at the job location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also be added in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed. More than one premium may apply when multiple conditions are met.

This is a full-time role with mid-shift and closing shift options.
