Role overview
As a GSA - Housekeeping team member, you will be responsible for guest room care and cleanliness. Your work will help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, well-maintained room and a positive overall stay.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and clean all assigned guest rooms according to the required standards.
- Look for ways to create a more personalized and pleasant guest experience.
- Respect guest privacy and belongings while delivering attentive and professional service.
- Keep assigned areas clean and maintained in line with hotel procedures and quality standards.
- Refill guest amenities and respond quickly to guest requests.
- Inform the supervisor about any damage or malfunction found in rooms or public areas.
- Ensure housekeeping tools and equipment are kept clean and in proper condition.
- Maintain section room reports and daily productivity records.
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and bring at least 1 year of relevant experience. A courteous, attentive, and caring approach is important, along with the ability to notice guest needs in advance and respond professionally. Strong organization and time management abilities are also needed.
