About the Role
This position is for a Fraud Risk Manager role with Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) in Kolkata. The role is based in a work-from-office environment and involves handling customer support operations with a focus on fraud risk processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be comfortable working from the office.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are required.
- A good typing speed is expected.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Graduates are preferred, though undergraduates may also be considered.
- Both freshers and candidates with prior experience may apply.
Experience Criteria
Experienced applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. They must also provide proper supporting documents, including an offer letter and relieving letter. If those are not available, a resignation acceptance letter and salary slips are required.
Working Schedule
The job follows a 6-day work week with 1 rotational weekly off. The total staffing time is 9 hours per day, which includes 8 working hours and a 1-hour break.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this role is between INR 1.5 LPA and INR 2.15 LPA.
Selection Process
Candidates will go through two interview stages: an HR round followed by an Operations round.
