H2 Health is hiring a highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its expanding finance organization. Requirements

  • At least 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, accounting, or a similar analytical function.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Well-developed analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and converting them into actionable business insights.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to different audiences.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare services experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-site business or a private equity-backed company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct, business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled productivity/reporting platforms is preferred.
