H2 Health is hiring a highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its expanding finance organization. This full-time remote position is designed for someone who can help shape business strategy through forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and analysis while working closely with leaders across the company.

The role is remote anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to the company headquarters near Jacksonville, Florida.

Key responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting cycle, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Create, update, and refine financial models that inform business decisions.
Review operational and financial results to identify trends and performance shifts.
Prepare variance analyses and materials for executive-level reporting.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that improve visibility into financial performance.
Work with operational leaders to find growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Carry out ad hoc financial analysis tied to strategic projects and acquisition activity.
Use technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
Partner with Accounting, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Leadership teams.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a closely related field.
At least 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, accounting, or a similar analytical function.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Well-developed analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with large datasets and converting them into actionable business insights.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to different audiences.
Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Healthcare services experience is preferred.
Experience in a multi-site business or a private equity-backed company is preferred.
Familiarity with Sage Intacct, business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled productivity/reporting platforms is preferred.
