Role overview

As a Founders Associate, you will work side by side with the founding team and contribute across several business functions. The role offers practical exposure to startup operations and the chance to build an entrepreneurial skill set while supporting the company’s growth. This position is available as a full-time role or internship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the founders with high-priority strategic work such as market analysis, building partnerships, and supporting company growth initiatives.
• Help improve day-to-day operations so processes remain efficient as the business expands, including areas from product work to customer onboarding.
• Support business development efforts by exploring new growth channels, B2B opportunities, market-entry ideas, and go-to-market planning.
• Contribute to investor communications and fundraising preparation by creating presentations, collecting relevant data, and reviewing important metrics.
• Coordinate with the technology team to ensure product plans are aligned with business goals and commercial priorities.
• Communicate with customers and partners to help build, strengthen, and maintain important relationships.
• Carry out market and competitor research to identify trends and help shape Enzo’s strategic positioning.

Requirements

• You should be eager to operate in a fast-moving startup setting and comfortable adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
• You need a problem-solving mindset and the ability to approach complex challenges creatively.
• You should be willing to take ownership of tasks across multiple business areas and work in a very hands-on manner.
• You must be able to work in a structured way, process information efficiently, and stay organized against deadlines.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills are important, along with confidence when dealing with different stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a similar discipline is required/preferred.
• Prior exposure through internships or full-time roles in dynamic environments such as startups, consulting, or investment banking is an advantage.
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, including Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Interest in technology, sustainability, or the real estate and insurance sectors is valued.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
