This position is responsible for tracking SATORP’s corporate financial performance in line with the company’s approved policies and procedures. The role also involves evaluating the organization’s financial position and contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of the business model.

Key responsibilities

  • Safeguard the accuracy and reliability of all financial records and data.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting and business planning process with organization leaders and other finance teams.
  • Prepare monthly management and shareholder reports, along with quarterly board reports and presentations.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, policies, procedures, templates, presentations, and data handling tools.
  • Ensure financial information is delivered with the speed and precision needed for prompt management decisions.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of fixed and variable costs, as well as capital expenditure, and examine business unit variances against plan to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define, track, and benchmark monthly KPIs for relevant SATORP activities.
  • Review business line submissions and forecasts critically to support cost reduction efforts.
  • Take on other duties assigned by the Management Accounting Section Manager.
