The position is open to candidates who have cleared CA Intermediate and have 11–12 months of article training remaining under the new regime, or those with 1+ years of article training experience at a CA firm. As an Industrial Trainee / Finance Analyst Intern, you will work with FP&A teams to support high-quality financial reporting and data analysis that helps business leaders make decisions across different business areas.What you will doYou will partner with finance teams to analyze data, prepare reporting, and contribute to decision support for multiple business lines. The work involves using financial and accounting knowledge to help identify business opportunities and strengthen planning and reporting processes.Skills and tools neededCandidates should be comfortable working with Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, and VBA. Exposure to TM1, data warehouse systems, and SQL is preferred.
