This is a senior leadership opportunity based in Germany, focused on directing and expanding delivery operations for enterprise customers across the EMEA region. You will set the direction for delivery services and ensure strong execution across complex, international engagements. The role connects clients with internal teams and has influence across pre-sales, onboarding, delivery quality, and long-term account expansion. It calls for executive-level communication, commercial judgment, and comfort leading in distributed, fast-changing environments.

You will also champion cross-functional improvements that strengthen operational maturity, raise customer satisfaction, and support revenue retention. Key accountabilities

Direct a strategic, sector-oriented delivery function across EMEA, with a focus on consistent quality, operational discipline, and strong client retention.
Set and manage delivery strategy across client portfolios, including testing work, onboarding activities, and value-realization programs.
Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape commercial direction, support deal progression, and grow existing accounts.
Oversee client onboarding, pilot delivery, and implementation standards to support adoption and customer success.
Maintain senior client relationships by offering strategic guidance and turning technical delivery into business value.
Track portfolio performance using KPIs, financial measures, and risk signals to keep delivery predictable and forecast accurate.
Lead renewal planning and execution, including commercial discussions and retention-focused contract strategies.
Partner with Operations, Community, and Delivery Leadership to improve service quality and scale global delivery capability.

Requirements

At least 12 years of experience in professional services, delivery management, or consulting, with 5 or more years in senior leadership roles overseeing large portfolios and P&L responsibility.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or another related technical discipline.
Deep experience in delivery transformation, enterprise consulting, or client engagement management.
Good knowledge of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, QA engineering principles, and testing methods.
Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong commercial and operational judgment, including KPI monitoring, reporting, risk oversight, and resource planning.
Hands-on experience with contract renewals and commercial negotiations in enterprise settings.
Strong leadership capability, including experience guiding distributed, cross-functional, and remote teams.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a strong executive presence.
