About the internship

This six-month in-office internship is with an Ahmedabad-based AI technology company focused on dashcam solutions. The organization also operates as the Indian subsidiary of an established US company.

Role overview

The selected intern will support data labeling and annotation work for computer vision and AI use cases. The position involves working with image and video datasets used to train and validate models for road safety and driver monitoring applications.

Responsibilities

• Annotate images and videos for tasks such as object detection, classification, and segmentation.
• Label datasets for scenarios including driver drowsiness, mobile phone use, smoking, seatbelt detection, lane detection, road feature identification, and vehicle or pedestrian detection.
• Maintain a high standard of quality by keeping annotations accurate and consistent.
• Review labels carefully and revise them when feedback or updated instructions are provided.
• Carry out quality checks and verify the correctness of annotated data.
• Coordinate with AI and ML engineers to understand labeling expectations and task requirements.
• Keep clear records of datasets and the annotation workflow.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, begin between 29 May 2026 and 16 July 2026, commit for 6 months, and are based in Ahmedabad. Additional information

If converted into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000.
