Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-office internship for a Data Entry Intern based in Rajkot, with opportunities also available in Vadodara. The internship runs for 6 months and is intended for candidates who can join immediately and work from the office.

Key Responsibilities

The selected intern will be responsible for handling routine data operations with accuracy and consistency, including entering information, checking records, maintaining files, and preparing reports for internal use.

• Transfer data from paper documents, PDF files, or audio sources into spreadsheets and internal databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Examine logs and records to spot mismatches, missing details, or errors, and correct them before final submission.
• Keep files, databases, and backup systems updated and organized so information remains easy to access and protected from loss.
• Create and format reports based on requests from management or other departments.
• Follow all confidentiality rules, privacy requirements, and security practices while handling company data.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time internship in an office setting, able to begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, committed to the full 6-month duration, and equipped with relevant skills and interest in data entry work.

Work Schedule

The internship follows a 5-day workweek.

Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend in the range of INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
