Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst position in St. Petersburg, FL. The role involves working with large datasets tied to customer behavior, transaction movement, and asset performance to support data-driven business decisions. You will build reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that help share key metrics and insights with product, operations, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will also contribute to the design and upkeep of data models that support the VGMG framework, including tracking tokenized asset performance and risk indicators. Day-to-day work includes partnering with engineering teams to improve data quality, checking data sources for accuracy, and spotting trends and opportunities that can improve user experience, operational efficiency, and overall growth.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze data and turn complex information into practical insights.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling for evaluating asset performance, risk, and user patterns.
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one analytics or scripting language such as Python or R for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for building dashboards and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in fintech, digital assets, or financial services analytics is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Comfort working on-site in St. Petersburg, FL, collaborating across functions, and handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
