Candidate Profile

The right person for this role will combine practical technical know-how with strong people skills. You should be comfortable helping others, staying composed in a busy environment, and adapting to changing needs.

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; additional education is considered an advantage.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability.
