Role overview
In this position, you will be part of the Customer Support team and act as a trusted guide for customers using Anagram’s platform. You will help users understand the product, answer questions, and deliver a helpful, professional experience that strengthens relationships with healthcare providers. The role suits someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and can make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
What you will do
- Respond to customers quickly and thoughtfully through chat and email.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns, identify what they need, and walk them through relevant product features.
- Keep internal knowledge resources and customer account records accurate and current.
- Communicate information about new product features, enhancements, and process changes to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.
What we are looking for
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service or support.
- A collaborative team mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Clear written and verbal communication, plus strong active listening skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability and good judgment in handling issues.
- Ability to juggle several priorities in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or sensitive situations.
- Willingness to learn quickly and work comfortably with tools such as Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
Preferred background
- Interest in healthcare and in improving the experience for both patients and providers.
- Prior experience in a SaaS business or a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with medical insurance terminology.
