Role overview

Wolt is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for a 40-hour workweek to join the Support team in Tirana, Albania. The role suits someone who communicates well, works comfortably with others, and enjoys a busy, changing environment.

What you will do

• Handle customer conversations through live chat and phone while matching the company’s communication style and adjusting to each customer’s tone.
• Help keep delivery operations running efficiently and without disruption.
• Contribute to improving the support function alongside teammates and cross-functional partners across Wolt.

What Wolt is looking for

• Strong communication skills, a personal approach, and a mindset focused on customers and teamwork.
• Quick learning ability, comfort with juggling several tasks at once, and readiness for a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, since support operates every day of the week.
• Fluency in Albanian and professional working ability in English.
• Current residence in Tirana.
