Role Summary
The Corporate Applications Manager will be responsible for leading the enterprise applications landscape and making sure key business systems remain dependable, efficient, and continuously improved. This position aligns application support and services with business requirements, manages integrations and vendor coordination, and supports broader digital transformation goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct the corporate applications team and ensure smooth daily operations along with consistent service delivery.
- Manage the support, administration, and ongoing improvement of enterprise platforms, including SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Maintain strong availability, speed, and reliability across essential business applications.
- Coordinate application-related projects, system upgrades, improvements, and implementations with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Handle incidents, investigate root causes, and resolve application issues effectively.
- Work with business teams to understand needs and convert them into practical application solutions.
- Supervise integration work between SAP and other enterprise tools, including APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Maintain productive relationships with vendors, support agreements, service levels, and implementation partners to uphold service quality.
- Promote ongoing process improvement and look for opportunities to streamline operations through technology.
- Ensure proper governance, documentation, compliance, and alignment with internal standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical environments is essential, particularly across SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP SuccessFactors. The role also requires capability in vendor and stakeholder coordination, business analysis, requirements gathering, and application integration with API management.
