Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Qatar for a creative professional who can develop fresh, engaging content for digital and social channels. The role calls for someone who can shape ideas into compelling written and visual assets, work closely with the marketing team, and keep all output consistent with the brand’s tone, objectives, and audience needs.

What you will do

Generate original ideas and concepts for content across multiple platforms.
Write persuasive copy and produce high-quality written material.
Create visual content and support the development of design assets.
Partner with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.
Brainstorm and plan content ideas for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Track how content performs and use analytics insights to improve future output.
Research topics and adapt content to suit different target audiences.
Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Skills and background

Strong ability in content creation, copywriting, and creative writing.
Working knowledge of social media management, branding, and content strategy.
Experience using graphic design tools, photo editing software, and visual content workflows.
Capability to research effectively and tailor messaging for specific audiences.
Excellent editing and proofreading ability.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and content marketing principles.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort using analytics tools to evaluate content performance.

Preferred education

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
