What you’ll do

  • Deliver detailed education on disease states and related care pathways to healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with target customers and stakeholders through approved educational resources.
  • Work strictly within compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements in all materials, discussions, and field activities.
  • Operate within the guardrails established by the client and collaborate with field partners as required.
  • Complete all required Inizio and client training, along with competency checks, within the assigned timelines.
  • Record office interactions accurately each day and complete all required reporting.
  • Track time and expenses using the designated Inizio systems.
  • Keep professional registration and/or licensure current, as required by Inizio and applicable state laws.
  • Attend local and national meetings or conferences when requested to stay current and share best practices.
  • Care for client and company equipment and materials according to provided instructions.
  • Ensure every activity follows company policy, the code of conduct, and external industry regulations.
  • Remain reachable during working hours to answer questions and carry out job duties.
  • Maintain a valid United States driver’s license and report any offenses or penalty-point accumulation immediately.
  • Manage the assigned territory effectively and travel as needed, including overnight trips.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.
  • This position does not include nursing care, medical or treatment advice, or promotion of pharmacological products.

What you’ll need

  • A qualified healthcare professional with an active state license; Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • An associate degree, bachelor’s degree, BSN, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a specific disease state or a closely related field; respiratory experience is preferred.
  • Prior work in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry as a clinical educator or in sales is preferred.
