About the internship

This articleship offers practical exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate compliance. You’ll work with experienced professionals and develop real-world understanding of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and advisory work.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting tasks.
• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audit work.
• Help with taxation processes, regulatory compliance, and return preparation and filing.
• Work on IPO-related tasks and compliance under the Companies Act.
• Contribute to audit and compliance assignments for listed entities.
• Draft financial statements, audit papers, supporting documents, and working papers.
• Review financial data, spot inconsistencies, and assist in resolving them.
• Coordinate with senior team members on client work and regulatory assignments.
• Keep yourself informed about accounting standards, tax rules, and corporate regulations.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join full time in office, are able to start between 24 Jun 2026 and 29 Jul 2026, can commit for 24 months, are based in Bangalore, and have relevant skills and interest in the field.

Other requirements

• Candidates must have completed both groups of CA Inter.
• Completion of ITT and OC is required.
