Key Responsibilities
You will support the Store Manager in running station store operations. That includes helping with staff hiring, supervision, daily task coordination, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will also help uphold store standards and ensure customers receive quick, courteous service.
The role also involves contributing to the food program, maintaining urgency in execution, and setting a strong example for the team through patience, leadership, and customer focus.

Preferred Background
Retail experience is an advantage, along with prior supervisory or management experience. Experience with hiring and interviewing, handling food, and holding a high school or college degree are all considered beneficial.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for as long as 8 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds from the floor to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift
- Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 60 pounds from the floor to waist height
- Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and handle objects by hand, with eye-hand coordination; may also require climbing a ladder to store, retrieve, place, or remove materials and signs
