Role Overview
Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an Admin & HR Executive in Singapore to support a broad range of human resource and administrative functions. The role covers recruitment, work pass administration, onboarding, HR operations, policy compliance, reporting, office coordination, and general support for day-to-day business needs.
Human Resource
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including posting vacancies, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and handling offer processes.
- Draft work pass applications for new hires and manage renewals for existing employees with MOM.
- Prepare Letters of Appointment for employees.
- Run structured orientation sessions for new joiners and manage onboarding, including 30/60/90-day follow-ups.
- Notify the relevant teams when new staff begin employment.
- Handle HR actions such as confirmation, contract renewal, transfers, and exits.
- Acknowledge resignations by email and compile the monthly resignee list for CFO submission and Oracle processing.
- Administer leave records in HRMS, covering annual, medical, maternity/paternity, childcare, and NS leave.
- Process staff hospitalisation and insurance claims, including coordination with insurers and timely submission.
- Issue Certificates of Employment when requested by staff.
- Administer the Primary Care Programme in line with MOM requirements.
- Prepare and refresh staff CVs for new site placements and transfers.
- Maintain HRMS records for staff and semi-staff.
- Coordinate internship placements with educational institutions and manage onboarding arrangements.
Compliance, Reporting & Policy
- Keep the HR database accurate and up to date, and prepare monthly HR reports and statutory survey submissions for bodies such as MOM and BCA.
- Assist in rolling out HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and the employee handbook.
- Track updates to MOM, TAFEP, CPF, and other relevant laws and regulations, and advise management on necessary changes.
Administration
- Track renewals for company vehicle road tax and insurance to avoid any lapses.
- Support the Esso Fleet Card programme by gathering receipts and preparing recurring reports for Finance.
- Arrange worker bus transport where needed and verify monthly transport invoices.
- Work with IT on new staff email accounts, licence tracking, and procurement of laptops and computers.
- Coordinate donations and CSR activities.
- Help draft and circulate company memos, circulars, and employee announcements.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, staff activities, and CSR programmes.
- Assist with data collation for the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support as needed.
- Take on other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an HR Generalist.
- Good knowledge of MOM guidelines.
- Ability to use HRIS tools and perform data analysis.
- Strong teamwork, organisation, and attention to detail.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
