Role overview
This full-time, on-site internship focuses on e-commerce listing operations and marketplace optimization. The selected intern will work on product content, search visibility, listing quality, and performance tracking across major online sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build, publish, and update product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and on the company’s own website.
- Improve titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, and product attributes to boost discoverability and conversion.
- Research keywords using SEO and marketplace research tools.
- Keep product copy accurate, persuasive, and aligned with brand standards.
- Work with design teams to enhance product imagery, infographics, and A+ content.
- Review listing health, catalog issues, and suppressed listings to maintain visibility.
- Study listing metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rate, and sales to spot improvement areas.
- Monitor competitors and market movements to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Ensure product information stays consistent across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and category teams to support stronger product performance.
- Keep up to date with marketplace rules, algorithm updates, and current best practices.
